At Planet Whispers, client trust, transparency, and clarity are our primary values. Because all our sessions involve custom preparation, time reservation, and individualized birth chart calculations by our master advisors, we maintain a straightforward and fair policy regarding cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds in accordance with international consumer standards and Google Ads guidelines.
1. Scope of Services Covered
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all direct services purchased on or through Planet Whispers (planetwhispers.com), including:
- Private One-on-One Astrological Chart Readings (Telephone, Zoom, WhatsApp Audio/Video).
- Natal Birth Chart Synthesis & Synastry Relationship Compatibility Reports.
- Spiritual Wellness, Energy Harmonization & Mindfulness Consultations.
- Elective Astrology, Career Timing & Auspicious Date Determinations.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Windows
We understand that schedules and unexpected circumstances can arise. We provide flexible options:
If you cancel or request to reschedule your consultation at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment, you are entitled to a 100% full refund or a free reschedule to any available slot.
If notice is given under 24 hours, our practitioners have already completed birth calculations. We will offer a one-time complimentary rescheduling without penalty, but direct monetary refunds are not issued.
3. Completed Consultations & Delivered Reports
Spiritual and astrological consultations are subjective services based on personal interpretation, ancient metaphysical traditions, and practitioner time. Consequently:
- Delivered Consultations: Once a private live consultation (voice/video) has taken place or a written birth chart report has been generated and delivered, the fee is considered non-refundable.
- Subjectivity of Interpretations: Because astrological guidance is intended for self-reflection and personal entertainment, dissatisfaction with the symbolic planetary outlook or future potentials does not constitute grounds for a post-session refund.
- No Guaranteed Outcomes: Per Google Ads advertising standards, we never guarantee specific future events, physical transformations, financial windfalls, or specific actions by third parties. Readings are exploratory tools for mindful insight.
4. Technical Interruptions & Missed Appointments
If a consultation is disrupted due to technical problems on our end (e.g. server outage, connection drop by practitioner), you will be given the option of:
Client No-Show: If a client fails to attend a confirmed appointment without any prior notice, the session fee will be retained to cover the advisor's reserved schedule.
5. How to Request a Refund or Reschedule
To submit a cancellation, reschedule, or refund inquiry, please contact our support desk with your full name, booking date, and order reference number:
Processing Timeline: Approved refunds are credited back to the original method of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, or Bank Transfer) within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your financial institution's clearing schedule.
