3. Nature of Services & No Guarantees

Planet Whispers offers intuitive consultations, Vedic & Western astrological chart interpretations, tarot guidance, and contemplative spiritual wellness coaching. In full compliance with Google Ads standards and consumer protection guidelines:

• No Guaranteed Outcomes: We do not make claims of guaranteed outcomes, physical transformations, or predetermined life results. Free will and individual actions are paramount.
• No Medical or Health Claims: Our sessions do not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure physical or mental health conditions. Always consult a licensed healthcare professional for medical concerns.
• No Financial or Legal Counsel: Career and vocational transits are for personal reflection only and do not constitute financial, investment, or legal advice.
• Ethical Conduct: We strictly refuse requests involving coercion, harm, illegal activities, or violation of third-party autonomy.

4. Bookings, Pricing & Cancellation Policy

All consultation fees and pricing estimates are transparently displayed before appointment confirmation.

• Rescheduling: You may reschedule an appointment up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled session without penalty.
• Cancellations & Refunds: If you cancel more than 24 hours before your session, a full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled time or missed sessions are non-refundable due to practitioner preparation time.
• Digital Reports: Written natal chart blueprints and customized transit reports are delivered digitally within the promised timeframe. Once prepared, digital reports are non-refundable.

5. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

Users agree to engage with our practitioners and platform with mutual respect. You agree not to:

• Submit false, fraudulent, or defamatory information.
• Use our services to harass, threaten, or invade the privacy of any person.
• Attempt to solicit illegal, fraudulent, or coercive acts.
• Interfere with the security or proper functioning of the website.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Planet Whispers, its practitioners, affiliates, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or inability to use our services, or any decisions you make based upon astrological or intuitive interpretations.
